Milk is a complex biological fluid which contains water, lipids, carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, minerals and various small molecular weight metabolites. The metabolite composition of milk changes with feeding, management practices, stage of lactation, season, breed and health status of the Four benzoxazole-substituted GFP chromophores that differ by the length of their alkyl chain (from C1 to C12) were synthesized. In solution, the four compounds showed identical spectroscopic behavior, emitting blue light with moderate quantum yield. These mice develop a slow cognitive decline starting by 6 months and expr Abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) is an important health problem, both because of AAA rupture and death and because of increased cardiovascular mortality. Identification of new biomarkers of AAA may suggest novel pathological mechanisms and targets for new medical treatments to slow AAA progression. Metabolic changes in AAA patients were mainly related to carbohydrate and lipid metabolism and DOSY NMR, a new tool for fake drug analyses. Introduction. The secondary probes are conjugated to two Cy3, Cy5 or digoxygenin moieties through 5΄ and 3΄ amino modifications. smFISH probes were synthesized by J.M. The signals at 2.77 to 2.81 ppm which appear at higher ( 16) vertical magnification can be attributed to bis-allylic protons from the –CH2– groups located between pairs of double bond and, thus, provide a measure of the number of poly unsaturated
